Single storey rear extension to create a spacious kitchen/diner with vaulted ceilings and Velux windows.
The ground floor was redesigned to incorporate a downstairs toilet, cloakroom and utility.
We also upgraded the existing en-suite, redecorated throughout, converted garage into a gym and built bespoke cupboards and units around fireplaces .
The interior floors were finished in Amtico and all new floors in the extension have been laid with under-floor heating.
