This was a 1970’s style bungalow untouched since built. We decided during the design stage to bring the house up to a modern state by adding a first floor we created four bedrooms and three bathrooms to the first floor. The master bedroom comprising of a vaulted ceiling with a large en-suite. The bedroom also leads out onto a walk around terrace. The ground floor was reconfigured and we created a large open gallery staircase, also created a large living room with dual aspect bi-folding doors and a roof lantern. The house was finished using the Monocouche render system.
