This was a typical 1980s bungalow. During the design phase, the client asked that the first-floor conversion be a luxury bedroom, walk-in wardrobe area and large, designer en-suite to create a boutique hotel style. We also carried out some modernising and redesigning of the ground floor. The house underwent a full re-wire and full replaster throughout and was finished with a complete redecoration. The dormer was finished with our Monocouche render system.
