Our process
Get in touch via phone, email or our website form to discuss your requirements. We’ll arrange an initial face-to-face consultation, where our director Liam will visit your site and put forward ideas and solutions. We’re always here to answer your queries – however big or small they may be. If required we can put you in contact with our in-house Architect, Tony, who can meet with you to discuss architectural designs, preparing drawings, planning applications etc. We can deal with everything, from submitting the Planning Application, instructing Building Control, liaising with Utilities such as UKPN or SGN etc. We can assist as much as is required to help alleviate any stress and pressure from yourselves from start to finish of the project.
We’re a kind and considerate team. Before we begin any work, we give out letters to your neighbours introducing ourselves as the builders on site. We’ll explain how long we will be there and provide contact details if they have any issues or want to reach out.
Our in-house team will put together a detailed quote that approaches the project from start to finish. It is broken down into various categories, including materials, quantities and labour so you know exactly what you’ll be paying for. Work schedules and payment schedules will also be provided, and we’ll keep you updated on any changes or revisions.
Once everything has been arranged, we will carry out the work, which could be anything from a single-storey extension or loft conversion to a new build or comprehensive internal renovation. You will receive impeccable service throughout and when your project is complete, we will issue a sign off pack, which includes all guarantees and certificates. Just like every development project is unique, every process is too. We’ll get to know you and your specific needs, asking questions like: “Do you have planning permission?” and “Are you in need of architectural support?” We have great relationships with our suppliers so can arrange meetings and showroom visits if required.
