This single-storey rear extension created a spacious kitchen/diner with vaulted ceilings and VELUX windows. The ground floor was also redesigned to incorporate a downstairs toilet, cloakroom and utility space. As part of this project, we upgraded the existing en-suite, redecorated throughout, converted the garage into a gym and built bespoke cupboards and units around fireplaces. The interior floors were finished in Amtico and all new extension floors were laid with underfloor heating.
